Mobile App Experience
Eliminated the need to wait in lines
Impact: Designing a simple and intuitive mobile app for Round1 game card reloads and Spo-Cha waiver sign-ups, all accessible directly through usersβ phones. Which helps customers to join the fun as soon as possible.
Issue: Customers faced long wait times because they had to visit a counter or kiosk. Round1 had no option for players to skip these steps and join the fun faster.
Process: I led the mobile app design from start to finish. Starting with basic wireframes from the IT team, I created multiple design versions and collaborated closely with the Marketing, Amusement, and Event Planning teams to meet their requirements while maintaining a simple, intuitive user experience. Through internal feedback and iteration, the new app improved the customer journey and streamlined game card management.
