I helped build a new website using Squarespace and set up a smarter system, reducing task time by 80% and streamlining operations for 60+ stores nationwide. As a result, customer service calls about pricing dropped by 90%.
Before, we used WordPress, managed by a vendor. Access was limited, and even small updates needed extra steps. Also, Each store had different pricing rules based on state, city, mall, and culture, making updates slow and costly.
I suggested switching to Squarespace and bringing everything in-house. I worked with a Squarespace expert vendor to launch the website. Then, I researched tools to streamline operations and discovered the tag, summary, and blog features, which allowed one update to show across multiple pages. I successfully streamlined the workflow and can now update all 60+ stores by editing just a few steps. This made updates much faster, easier, and ready to scale as Round1 plans to grow to 100 stores by 2030.
